Second Week Staying Healthy

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 3:55 pm and

Now you can just go out and try to play the game. Try it out and see if you have fun with the sport. For me it is always fun. I play always play everyday because it is fun for me. I always play my best. When play sports always stay hydrated because if you dont stay hydrated you can’t move at all. You might collapse on the court and you don’t want that to happen to you. You want to stay healthy all your life. Staying healthy is a good thing. Never eat a big meal and play. If you eat a big meal and play you will get tired fast and have cramps and that is not a good thing’ so eat a healthy snack like an bannana. The best snack for tennis is a bannana. Easy to digest in the body system. Always stay healthy when playing any sports.

Basic Grips

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 3:37 pm and

There are different ways to hold a racket. The forehand grips are eastern, semi-western, and western. Now for the backhand there are two ways to hold it. There is a one handed backhand and the other one is the two handed backhand. For beginners the easy one to use is the two handed backhand. Now for the forehand, beginners should start with semi-western because it is easier for them to use.

First Week

Picking up a racket is easy, but playing the game is hard. Swinging is easy. Making it in is hard. Beginners most likely over hit the ball or just swinging at the ball without thinking. Every beginner hold the handle on the top, because I think it is too heavy or it just more comfortable for them. For me tennis wasn’t easy at all. It took me about a year to know what I’m doing.

Today’s Agenda

Filed under: Uncategorized @ 3:55 pm and

Every day we practice on the courts. The team is getting better. There are many people on the team so there can’t be a one-on-one coaching. Everyone learns differently. Depends on the persons if he really commits to tennis. Tennis is not an easy sport to just to pick up and play. You must learn everything.

“Tennis” By Line

Hello my name is Tennispro. I’m on the tennis team as number one and it is hard to be the team’s number one. It shows that I’m a leader to my team. Tennis can’t just be played, but learned as a skill. Tennis is very hard, and you need to believe in yourself to play this sport every time. If you lose confident you lose everything. In order to play you practice every day to get better. I practice every day that’s why I’m number one on the tennis team.
